I met David Boston through Filmmaker and (my) co-author Robert Burrill (Arcadia´s Images of America, Alviso, San Jose). After David´s wife Linda passed, he had care of his centenarian mother and brother. I have been my autistic daughter´s advocate for decades so helped David in his advocacy for them. As a writer/ illustrator I wanted to learn more about his work as a scriptwriter.

David was my partner in Film from 1969 when we built our first 16mm Films at San Jose State. Best film maker I ever worked with. Later, in 1974 David wrote the screen play for The Milpitas Monster Movie with a prolog and trailer narration for Solomon Hersh (Paul) Frees. Today you can listen "forever" to David's writing in the film and in the film's DVD Extras. Visit www.milpitasmonster.com. Lucky Me to have met David E. Boston 54 years ago.
