David was a gift to all of us. He was so full of life. I have many wonderful memories but the best was when we were leaving Margaret and Ed's 50th anniversary party. David was sitting by door on way out. I grabbed his face and said, "David, I am going to give you a big smooch because you are one hNdsome dude". He pushed his head back with such a laugh. I thought to myself, God spared a lot of women because Davud would have been such a Romeo. We will miss him but being as old as dirt I learned, once you love someone they never die. David lives on in our hearts and memory.

In 1980, David came to Burlington to the LABBB program. David was only 5, one of our youngest students. I was working as an aid in the classroom. David had much to do with my staying in the field of Special Ed. He was the bravest, sweetest little boy. I learned so much about being an instructor from my time with him. What a handsome young man he became. I read what others have said here. I am proud to have been with him for 5 years. Thank you, Braga family, for sharing him with me, and all the others he touched.

To all those who love David, my sincerest condolences and prayers for comfort to you all. I was fortunate enough to care for David and get to know him during my time at 7 Hills. He was truly an amazing guy who easily became everyone's favorite person. He lit up the room with his fantastic smile and will be so sorely missed by all who knew him. Your family was an inspiration with your obvious love and care for David. I hope your memories bring you joy and peace during this time.
