The memory I'll always have of David is when he and I had some silly teenage argument in their home and I threw a shoe at him, missed and broke the glass in the bookcase. He yelled at me saying now you've done it, now you've really done it. I still laugh it that one. We were teenagers then. I'll always remember how he was the DJ. He loved the music. He loved being a DJ. Rest in peace, David

As the days and weeks pass, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. His kidness will never be forgotten.

I remember being in Boy Scouts at the same time, but nothing in particular. Then we happened to work together for a while, and socialized numerous times. Even after I moved away, I enjoyed visiting with David when I was back in town.

I still remember meeting Dave for the first time when Jason brought me up to the station before we got married. Dave video taped us and put us up on Youtube. We had so much fun. I also remember times having coffee, riding on the Elvis Bus, and of course lots of Radio, Christmas Music, and Christmas lights. We will miss Dave.

I remember traveling around the plaza and along ward parkway looking at the Christmas lights with Dave. He really loved Christmas and he enjoyed the crowns up at Zona Rosa. He was a great board operator at KCXL and we enjoyed many on air collaborations. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I called him a couple months ago and he was feeling tired but I just heard about his illness and passing.

At the station many years ago.. he mentored me in the art of broadcasting, and later was my associate for my radio programs. Thanks pal and RIP.
