Dear Heidi,
I am sending you strength and support during this challenging period. Your Dave was a character. I thought of our fun times through the years: your wedding, art shows, trips exploring FL, our fall trip to the Northeast, and countless social events. Dave had the best sense of humor and loved animals, the arts, the outdoors, the Everglades, etc. He was a loving person, and he was the one who brought light and joy to your life. I know you will miss him immensely; unfortunately, time is our only healer. And that is not easy. I wish you comfort and peace in the days to come. Please know that I am here for you.
Love,
Toots

Dave had a great sense of humor and had a friendly demeanor. He always brought joyful energy when he would come help out at school or at gatherings. Dave was the kind of guy who jumped in to offer a hand without needing to be asked. He was a true gentleman!

It was obvious how much love Heidi and Dave shared between them whenever I was around them. Heidi, may the love you shared and the support of those around you bring you comfort especially on the extra difficult days. I know in my heart that Dave is not gone, just in a different form. He is now your guardian angel protecting you and bringing you strength as you adapt and carve out your new path.

Dearest Heidi, as the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. He will be remembered always.
