Bywater David Lewis - Passed away peacefully on August 9, 2008 aged 48 years. Much loved husband of Helen, loving dad of Matthew and Sam, Dear son of Joan and Keith and brother to Julie. Funeral service and cremation at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Friday August 15 at 3.00pm.No flowers by request please, donations if desired for St Lukes Hospice and MacMillan Nurses. Cheques made payable to John Fairest and send to John Fairest Funeral Home, Sherwood House, 152 Abbey Lane, Sheffield, S8 0BQ.
