David Davies Obituary
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Ellen Dunn Davies, his son Stephen Davies, his daughter Elizabeth Davies Fox and husband Blayne Fox, and his grandchildren Caroline Fox and Riley Fox. He was a devoted family man and cherished spending time with his loved ones.
Dave attended Liberty High School and went on to pursue degrees in Chemical Engineering and an MBA at the University of Virginia. He was a lifelong learner and valued the importance of education.
In his free time, Dave enjoyed hobbies including visiting farmers markets and festivals with his family, baking breads and other delicious treats, crafting cigar box guitars, and cheering on the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. He was an avid reader and trivia buff who only completed crossword puzzles in pen. These activities brought him joy and allowed him to create lasting memories with his loved ones.
A memorial service to celebrate Dave's life will be held on October 14, 2023 at 11:00am, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Glyndon, 63 Sacred Heart Lane, Reisterstown, MD 21136. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Glyndon in honor of Dave's memory, where he was a longtime parishioner.
Dave Davies will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

I am so sorry for your loss. Dave was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. I knew him for several years at The Arc. He was always willing to help out on a project and was never too busy to explain anything.

I am so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. He was a good friend in college and for many years after. We had a lot of good times in when he came to visit in Wilmington. I also remember we went to the Orioles game in their old stadium when Brooks Robinson was honored though I don't remember who played or won the game. My best to you and the family.
