DAVID GEORGE DOMBROWSKI, 74, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018. Born in Detroit, Mich. and raised in Port Huron, Mich., David was the son of the late Victor and Cecelia (Burek) Dombrowski. David was known nationally for the extended warranty products he developed. He was a director of marketing and warranty specialist. David had the imagination and ability to remodel, build and create beautiful projects. He enjoyed woodworking, playing billiards telling his corny jokes, and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving are his wife of 24 years, Judy (Harford) Dombrowski; children, Patti (Jim) Schorr, Nancy (Roger McIntosh) Adamson, Dabren (Salvador) Lopez; step-children, Laurie Churchward-Stein, Peter (Jamie) Churchward, Jennifer (Gary) Backs; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three nephews. David was also preceded in death by his brother, Victor Dombrowski. A Celebration of David's Life is 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, at FairHaven Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling from 2 p.m. until the service. Pastor Kathleen Haller officiating.
