Of Homewood, peacefully on January 21, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Daisy Enty; significant other, Joan C. Miller; children, Damel and Eric Gaines, Lauren Enty of NY, and Charles Harris; siblings, Sammy Enty of Chicago, Lisa Delissio and Mark Enty of MD, Quentace Todd, and Barayda Enty; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. SPRIGGS & WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 720 N. Lang Ave., E.E., where service will take place Friday at 11 a.m.

My condolescences to the Enty family and I just want to say it made my heart heavy to hear of his passing. I had not seen David in a while but when I did have the privilege, he always had a smile on his face for me. He is in a good place now and no more suffering. GOING HOME comes for us all, we just have to be ready. So RIP David, you did it your way and left a lot of good memories behind you. You were a friend to the end.
