Carrie, I'm so sorry to learn of Dave's death. I first got to know him at the start of my career in Battle Creek in the Jaycees. I always enjoyed being around Dave at meetings or on various community projects we were involved in. I can't believe how many years have gone by since those days. Next summer if you are at your brothers' on Long Lake, stop over. We have the red cottage in the cove across from him.

My condolences to David's family. I met David when we were both 5 years old and became best of friends growing up together in the same subdivision. David and I were like brothers, sharing adventures, driving his parents crazy when we would sleep in what was called the radio shack above his garage. Of all the people I went through school together with there was no better friend then David. Rest In Peace my friend, until we meet again.
