David Harrison Hill

SOUTH DENNIS - David Harrison Hill, 59, of South Dennis, MA, died unexpectedly on October 20, 2006, in Falmouth, MA. He was the husband of Cameo Hill of South Dennis, MA.

He was born in Boston, MA, and moved to Wareham, MA, over 40 years ago. David moved to South Dennis a year ago.

David was employed at MacDougall's Boatyard in Falmouth, MA, for 24 years. He was employed as the Yard Master. He received his Captain's license five years ago.

David was honored and awarded by Life Inc. for 12 years with one of their clients, who will always remain special to David.

He enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycle and his sailboat ''Coqui.'' A dog lover, he leaves his dogs, Harrison, Harley, Morgan, Morrie and Jesse.

Cameo and David Hill were married on September 24, 2006, on a cruise ship to Bermuda, where they spent their honeymoon.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, David Hill Jr. of Bourne, MA, his wife Nicole, and his grandson, Craig; a daughter, Ria Hill of Lenox, MA; and son, Nathaniel Davis of Wareham, MA; two stepsons, Jeb Santos of Hingham, MA, Noah Santos of Truro, MA; two stepdaughters, Brandy Salvador of Brewster, MA, Kim Francesconi of Wellfleet, MA; three brothers, Freeman Hill Jr. of Westport, MA, Curtis Hill of Portsmouth, RI, Andrew Hill of Newton, MA; a half sister, Georgiana Becker of Wellesley, MA.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, October 26, from 6 to 8 pm in the Doane, Beal and Ames Funeral Home, 729 Route 134, South Dennis, MA, 02660. Relatives and friends invited to attend.

A celebration of his life and memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2006, at 3:30 pm in the Dennis Union Church, 713 Route 6A, Dennis, MA, 02638. A collation will follow the ceremony.

Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Brewster Animal Rescue League, 3981 Main Street, Route 6A, Brewster, MA 02631.
