David Hovorka

I am grateful to have worked with David. It was truly a blessing to have known him, and his spirit will live on forever. Prayers and future blessing to his entire friends and family community.

I am very sorry to hear of Dave´s passing. I worked with Dave as vendor during his time at Trinity. He was always a true pleasure to work with. He was one of the most detailed and organized people I´ve ever worked with. It´s not always possible to get to know customers on a personal level, but Dave´s kindness was clearly evident. My condolences go out to his family and friends.

I worked with Dave at St Francis Hospital in Hartford. Dave was a pleasure to work with and a truly decent person. All who knew him are diminished by his passing. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family.

My sincerest sympathy to Dave's wife and family. I worked with him at Saint Francis; he was a gentle soul, caring about his staff and coworkers with so much knowledge about the CARE system. May he rest in peace.

I had the honor of working with Dave for almost 25 years between Manchester Hospital and St. Francis Hospital. He was always a calming influence, extremely knowledgeable, and very dedicated to his work. Truly a "go to guy" and just a great all around person.

So sorry to hear of the passing of David. I had the pleasure of working with him as a vendor during the Trinity/OBIX project. I enjoyed working with David - his calm presence even in the craziness and heaviness of this project. I always knew that if David was leading then everything would be okay and completely organized. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as they walk these next steps.

I will always have fond memories of Dave. Whether it was in the trenches late night with an IT system go live, attending a conference, or stopping by his office for a chocolate, you could always count on a smile and thoughtful advice/conversation. We will all miss Dave and pray for healing and comfort for his family, loved ones, and friends.

So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. We worked together on the Clinical Team at St. Francis. Dave was a true "gentleman" in every sense of the word. Surely, he will be missed by everyone. My sincerest condolences to the Hovorka Family.

Dave was my manager for the last couple of years, we worked together for several years. He was like a work father to me, a great mentor, and genuinely a caring person. I will remember his kind heart and the laughs we all shared. He will be deeply missed.

My wife and I became neighbors with Dave and Nancy about a year ago. He always had a kind greeting, would answer my home care questions with good advise, and would lend a ladder, if needed. He helped our neighborhood feel less like just a place to live and more like a home. We will miss him.

I love Dave. He was a great friend in college and an awesome husband, father, and leader throughout his life. I´ll miss him.

I am Jermaine Plummer a coworker of Dave's from Trinity Health. Dave was one of the nicest people I've worked with. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family, friends and loved ones.

Such sad news out of Ann Arbor. Dave was my stepbrother. Always positive. Always helpful. Always supportive. After his Dad (my stepfather Jim) passed away, Dave was AMAZING to my Mom (his stepmother Jane). His kindness, patience and extra efforts made a huge difference and will never be forgotten. My heart goes out to his wife Nancy, his sons Steven and Daniel, his sisters Cathy and Judy... and the rest of his loving family and friends.

I worked with Dave for many years. I was so sad to hear that he is no longer with us. He was truly kind, very smart, funny, and insightful. He is very much missed.

Dave was a kind soul and a great roommate. His peaceful presence will be greatly missed.
