He was a graduate of South St. Paul High School and learned his lifelong skill of auto mechanics from DCTC, which came in handy for his 35+ years with Mauer Chevrolet (formerly Southview Chevrolet). Preceded in death by his parents Dennis & Julia, brother Michael & nephew Jeremy. David is survived by Colleen; sons Charles (wife Crystal), Daniel (wife Jennifer), & Ryan (wife Sheila); granddaughter Kelsey & grandsons Caiden & Jeffrey; sister Sharon & many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews. In lieu of funeral services, a celebration of life will be held in David's memory at his lake home at 822 138th Street, Amery, WI 54001 on June 17th 2023 from 11-1pm, followed by live music. Thinking of you all as you grieve. Dave was one of the `good ones´. He was always willing to help and loved spending time with friends. He will be missed.
