David Lawson Obituary
Roxboro
Mr. David Bradley Lawson, 62, of Roxboro departed this life, March 30, 2017. He was a native of Person County, a member of Lawson Chapel Baptist Church and a mortician for over 40 yrs. David was a former member of the Funeral Directors & Morticians of NC, Inc. and the National Funeral Directors & Morticians Assoc.
He is survived by his daughter, Aisha Lawson, grandson, Jalen Jones, his parents, Johnnie and Barbara Lawson, brothers, Marshall (Dale) Lawson, Austin (Elaine) Lawson, Alan (Sandy) Lawson and Dennis Lawson and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at New Mount Zion Baptist Church, 305 Walker St., Roxboro, NC 27573. Interment will be in Lawson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. His remains may be viewed beginning at 2 p.m. Monday at New Mount Zion Baptist Church in Roxboro. The family will visit with friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday evening at the church.
