David's family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life to be held in the South Chapel of Woronora Memorial Park, Linden St. Sutherland on Friday (September 1, 2017) at 12 noon.

David was a well respected work colleague to many of us in the AVO Perth. He visited our office often and we always found him to be engaging, committed to his work and also very social. When visiting Canberra and the eastern states I had the pleasure of spending time with Dave both at work and after work. He will be sadly missed.
Our condolescences to David's family on the very sad passing of David.
