I am praying for your comfort, and to feel God's presence at this overwhelming time. Getting to know you two last May was a joy and a highlight, I will always remember us three enjoying the world's best gelato by the Pantheon. ''May the angels lead Dave to paradise, may the martyrs receive him and lead him to the holy city Jerusalem. May choirs of angels receive Dave and with Lazarus, once poor, may he have eternal rest.'' Sending my love.

So sorry to hear this. I traveled to Poland with Sheila and David and they were really a sweet couple. I enjoyed their company and his info about Auschwitz while we toured. God Bless you, Sheila, and I'm praying for you to have peace.

David Lowe worked tirelessly and effectively for the benefit of children and their families. He generously shared his expertise with all of us in the child support community so that thousands of children could receive the financial support they need and deserve.
He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. My deepest condolences to his family.

May God's Peace and Mercy be with the Family. I had no idea that saying goodbye to him on Wednesday, August 10th was really the last goodbye we would share. He lived and breathed Child Support. This is not only a lost for your family but everyone at the office and all the children he fought so hard to get support for. He was faithful to the cause until the very end. Rest in God's Peace Mr. Lowe.
