Dave and I used to work together at the 98th Division. He once asked me if I wanted to come in one day for extra work. He wanted someone to come in and stuff envelopes. I told him no. I wasn't interested in stuffing envelopes for him. It is my favorite memory of him!! He will be truly missed!!

When David first joined VFW Post 3465, I had the opportunity to spend some time with him while doing the Buddy Poppies at Walmart in Nampa. We had plenty of time to talk about our military careers and personal things about families. I was really impressed with his time in the Army and the stories of his career. He took.on the responsibility of being the Post Service Officer which he did very successfully. Dave will be missed by all who knew him. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones. Thank you for sharing him with us!

When I was 8 years old I traveled with my mom to attend the funeral of my great Aunt. I was nervous and alone being the only child there. David was 18. He asked me if I wanted to get some Icecream in between the services and boy DID I!! We drove in his green Volkswagen. I´ve had a fondness for green Volkswagens and my very thoughtful cousin David since then. Thank you for staying in my life David and Debbie I love you so much
