Passed away peacefully on 4th August, 2013 surrounded by his loving Family.
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend David's Funeral Service to be held in the Great Northern Garden of Remembrance Chapel, Tallowwood Drive, Deception Bay on Thursday, 8th August 2013, at 10:00a.m.
