DAVID J. MOORE SR., 82, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Parkview Hospital - Randallia. Born March 29, 1939, in Indianapolis, Ind., he was a son of the late James A and Doris K. Moore. David graduated from Sacred Heart Central School in 1958. He was a sales representative for his working career. He was a past officer and member of the St. Joe Club, a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Minister of the Eucharist and council member at Church. He is survived by his children, David J. (Rayne) Moore Jr. of Kaysville, Utah, Jeffery F. (Heather Brackeen) of Fort Wayne and Kimberley (Mark Andrew) Moore of Fort Wayne; brother, John M. (Marietta) Moore of Franklin, Ind.; and grandchildren, Evan (Caroline) Moore, Hannah Moore, Zoe Moore, Ren Moore, and Ella Moore, all of Fort Wayne, and Cutler Moore of Utah. David was preceded in death by his wife, Linda S. Moore, in 1999. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2021, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1122 S. Clinton St., Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2021, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne.
