age 78, born 7-15-41, passed away 9-8-2019. Dave was born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 15, 1941. Dave was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Margaret Petrigan. He is survived by his daughter, Jill Brown, husband Scott, grandsons Grant, Evan, Drew, and Clark of Erie, PA; brother Pat Petrigan, wife Linda, children Mike Petrigan, wife Tina, daughters Ellen and Molly, and Amy Barber, husband Todd, daughter Sara. Service by Rev. Jim Parkinson Thursday, September 12, 2019, 11am Timberland Bait, 36320 Dutch Hill Rd. Union City, PA 16438. Memorial Party at Mahle's Restaurant, 24945 Detroit Rd. Westlake, OH 44145, 5pm. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to Alzheimer's Association.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dave at the family auto parts stores in the early 70's. Dave was always positive, eager to help, share a story and listen. I remember how fond he was of his daughter Jill and his many conversations with you.

Please accept my condolences. My thoughts are with you and all of the family.

I had the great pleasure of getting to know Dave while spending many days at the To family's house. He was such an amazing guy who had the biggest heart. His company was delightful and his conversation was insightful or encouraging. But his favorite topic to talk about was definitely his daughter Jill and her children ... as they were the apple of his eye. I always enjoyed listening to Dave talk endlessly about his grandsons and all their amazing adventures together. His love for his family and friends was obvious, genuine and immeasurable. Truly Dave was a special guy and he will be dearly missed.

I will never forget my cousin Dave Petrigan. I cherish all the memories through the years of he and Pat along with our other dear Ohio cousins. I will keep Pat, Linda and Jill and family in my thoughts and prayers.

My heart aches to think I will never get to hear Dave's hearty laughter again. He was always happy and was a great listener and was someone you wanted to spend time with. As I'm getting older, I'm getting to realize how special of a personality he was and how fortunate our family was to spend so much time with him. My condolences to his beloved Jill and her family- we love you guys.
