David Puchta Obituary
David A. Puchta, 73, of Findlay, passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022, at his residence. He was born Aug. 25, 1949, in Findlay, to the late Donald and Betty (Hendricks) Puchta.
David married Nikki Karcher on July 18, 1970, and she survives along with a son, Nathan (Trina) Puchta of Findlay; daughter, Traci Grieser of Willard; six grandchildren, Nicholas (Taylor) Puchta of Fostoria, MacKaela (Justin) Puchta of Findlay, Macade Puchta of Findlay, Austin Grieser of Colorado, Ryan Jordan of Georgia, and Alex Geiser of Findlay; great-grandchild, Gabriella Ann Cass; brother, Neil (Vicky) Puchta of Carey; and two sisters, Gloria Puchta Mullen of Columbus and Cindy Puchta of Upper Sandusky.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen "Steve" Puchta.
David was a 1967 graduate of Vanlue High School and retired from Lima Tank Plant. He loved fishing, gambling, and following his favorite sports teams, The Ohio State Buckeyes, Findlay Oilers basketball, Cleveland Browns, and Green Bay Packers. David was a handyman and loved everyone he worked for.
Visitation will be 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. A private service will take place at a later date and burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of David to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Online condolences can be expressed to the family by visiting coldrencrates.com.

I am so sorry for your loss. David and went to Vanlue, different years. I always enjoyed meeting up with him. We had great times chatting.
