SIMS (David William):
Forty two years together on the 8th May. To the most Wonderful, Loving, Caring, Loyal Husband I ever needed. You are loved by so many.
My heart is aching. Rest Peacefully. Love Beryl (Bear) xxx

Dad,
You're going to be sadly missed. You were the best Dad, Pappy and Father- in-Law. You were taken away from us far too soon. Our hearts are left broken. The tears fall down our cheeks. You will never be forgotten.

Our Dearest Dad and Pappy, oh how we will miss you. Our lives will never be the same. We will continue to do you proud.
God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be,
So He put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to Me".
With tearful eyes, we watched you and saw you pass away,
Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands to rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

Dearest Dad, Pappy,
Words seem inadequate to express the sadness that we feel. You brought so many gifts to our lives which we will forever hold close to our hearts.
Your uncanny humour and jokes (no matter what the situation) will forever raise a smile/laugh from us and the reality of this not to happen again will be sadly missed.
We are sure there was much more history and your stories of the South to have shared with us, that sorrowfully, we may never have the privilege of you sharing, but your extensive knowledge and bits that you have passed onto us, we will definitely carry with us forever.
Out of this saddened loss, we take some comfort in knowing that you're out of your pain and will be forever watching over us as that special bright shining star. We miss and will forever love you.

The most amazing Dad/ Pappy a girl could ever want. You were always there for us and filled our lives with lots of love and laughter. We will always be proud to call ourselves, "Sims Kids".
