David Ashton Sinclair

John, Dick, Bob, Margaret, was really sad to learn about David's passing. Glenn Fisher (Carol's husband) let me know. I'm at a loss to really convey the importance all of you are in the memories our childhood.
To David's family, losing him so soon has to be heartbreaking. I always picture him strong and alive and living for many, many more years.

I only have the privilege of meeting David a couple of times, but it was obvious what a perfect complement to Celia he was. My deepest condolences to the Sinclair family. My dear Celia, you are loved.

When I think of David, I see that unique look he had after a perfectly delivered punch line or a well-considered question. A wonderful storyteller, generous host, lovely human being. It has been an honor to know David. I´ll truly miss him.

David was a special guy. Always willing to help with our high school reunions, especially setting up golf games for those who wanted to enjoy. You will be missed. Prayers for the family.

My recollections are on the back porch at a cook-out chez Sinclair, with lively conversation. Feeling warmly welcome there, always. On a lighter note, I also "see´ David at the Bridge table: he´s wondering if he and Celia have located the best contract, but he´s not too bothered about it either way. Fun times in the Sinclairs´ loving home.

David laughed easily, asked and answered deep questions, and was truly a good man. We will miss our wonderful dinners with him and Celia.

I never met you but I heard alot about you. Enjoy the Kingdom of Heaven. May your family find peace and comfort as you travel to be seated with the Lord.

David was the first of the Sinclairs I met. I worked for him years ago when Sinclair Resources was in the Armory. Over the years, I have met many of the others but David always stood out...kind and patient. It was a privilege to have known him.

Celia and all of David´s loved ones, We only met David on a few occasions on our visits to Mike and Pam, but EVERY time we spoke with him was a delight because he was in the moment, attentive, and often funny! He was and will always be remembered as a breath of fresh air. Our thoughts and prayers are wrapped around in these days. So glad he was able to enjoy the hope of springtime in his own home. Loved David he was a good neighbor, friend, and Boss. He was always in a good mood and always had a smile on his face. He will be dearly missed. Until we meet again...

David was so very special. We will miss his funny stories and all the excitement at our reunions. Great golfer and adventurer.. close all our lives as we went to First Presbyterian Church since babies. Heaven has gained an Angel that was so wonderful here on earth.
