My name is Graham Steele and I first met David in 1986 when we were both new "recruits" in the world of Television Staging and Production..We became friends during that period in my life.In the ensuing years we stayed friends in spite of our lives going in different directions..After losing touch for quite awhile, when I re-located back to the Ottawa Valley for health reasons, we re-connected! As a result of a chain of events that followed David and his partner Jackie ended up adopting my cat "Bonkers" who still lives them today..When I heard of David's illness and radical surgery a year or so back I was concerned but hopeful for his continued existence..Then news of their pending nuptials back in Feb.gave me cause for hope and an opportunity to re-connect yet again..Alas this was not meant to be! I am saddened by David's passing, his life cut short by this awful disease! I will miss and keep him in my on-going daily prayers that he has found a place in paradise "Beyond the veil"....Rest in Peace David..I am sure we'll meet again someday! Sincerely with Faith and Love, Graham
