BROOKSVILLE — David Wayne Teegarden, 67, died Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Kenton Pointe Care Center.
He was born in Germantown, Kentucky on September 12, 1955, to the late Clarence and Virginia (McDowell) Teegarden.
He worked as a tech at Opterra Solutions and was a member of the Dover Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Pamela Smith Teegarden; his daughters, Stacy (Ricky) Blevins of Germantown, and Virginia Teegarden of Dover, KY; his grandchildren, Denise Smith, Bradley (Alissa) Blevins, Timothy (Chloe) Blevins, Nicholas Blevins, and Blayton Teegarden; his great-grandchildren, Ashton, Lyle, Adalyn, Evelyn, and Cora; and his siblings, Genevieve Thornton of Milford, Ohio, George Teegarden of Georgetown, Ohio, Marvin Teegarden of Tollesboro, KY, Dorothy Nickerson of Maysville, Jeff Teegarden of May's Lick, Clifford Teegarden of Maysville, Jesse Teegarden of Maysville, and Cheryl Adams of Aberdeen, Ohio.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at 1 p.m. at the Watson Community Building in Brooksville.
