Dear Valerie,

I hope this message finds you well.

In regards to David's passing. A I said, when I wrote to you before, I still remember that Thursday night at the school meeting when you told us about David.

Reflecting back on some of the thoughts expressed in that letter, I think the following says it best: "let us not dwell on the sadness of his passing, but reflect on the positive aspects of his life and all the good that he did for others."

How time flies. I still remember that night at the meeting at school when you told us about David. I wish I would have had the chance to have met him. Prayers and best wishes for you always.

Always enjoyed talking sports with Dave. We shared the ongoing frustration of being Cavs fans in our season ticket group ..he was a very insightful and caring person

Rest in peace David. No more suffering. No more pain. May God grant you mercy and grace. Praying for the family, so sorry to hear the news of your loss. May God give you strength to endure your pain, ease your suffering and heal your hearts.

Dave was a most wonderful person. He was very kind and humble.

David will be missed by many of us in recovery.We were very fond of him. He was a decent man. Our deepest sympathy to you Valerie.

"Big" Dave will truly be missed. He will always bring to mind the fun times in the Publications department at Diebold.
