Dear Valerie,

I hope this message finds you well.

In regards to David's passing. A I said, when I wrote to you before, I still remember that Thursday night at the school meeting when you told us about David.

Reflecting back on some of the thoughts expressed in that letter, I think the following says it best: "let us not dwell on the sadness of his passing, but reflect on the positive aspects of his life and all the good that he did for others."

God bless

Eternal rest grant unto David, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and all the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
