David Trivison Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 23, 2025.
Scottsdale - David Trivison passed away on December 19, 2024 after a battle with pancreatic cancer He was 81.

Born on January 14, 1943 to Elmer and Mildred Trivison in Cleveland, Ohio The family opened Trivison's Italian Restaurant in Maple Heights, Ohio. He was the chief cook and dishwasher. He met his wife of 56 years, Stasia, when she took a job there while working her way through college. They moved to Phoenix in 1970. David loved cars and his businesses always involved them in some way. They had 3 wonderful children, Matt (Mya), Tasia (Harry) and her twin, Blake (Kristen). Family was always first for David. He was a very involved Dad and then "Pops" to his 8 grandchildren. He happily spent many hours driving and encouraging the kids and then grandkids to multiple sports activities to promote their talents. He was an adored gift to us and great role model for parenthood. He was a gentleman and a gentle man. We treasured his welcoming arms and scrumptious cooking He will be very missed.

The family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.

David was in the Ohio National Guard. The CO would make sure David's tent was near his because David was his official cook during their 2 week training in Upper Michigan. Even in the remote woods, David could make something tasty!
