A man of character - defender of family & friends without regard for his personal safety. Sad to hear so late of his passing. What a magnificent blessing that Ruth French and David (Mr. V) had 10 years together to help fulfill his last decade. My LOVE to his family.

And I attended Texas A&M and 1952 and 53 with David as my partner in a zoology lab. Thanks to David's intelligence, I made a fair grade and was able to pass the course. Thank you, David. That christmas david Flew me in his tail dragger airplane to fortworth and then drove me to Weatherford So i could hitch a ride from there to my home in Ralls Texas. I knew at the time David Was on a golf scholarship there at A&M college and his family owned a milk and dairy products company. I remember that so well and appreciated it so much. And never forgot him or his name but never had further contact with him. I remember him as a good hearted , friendly young man.
