Dr. David R. Walters, 84, died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at the Wellmont Hospice House.

Dear Regina, Susan and Family:
Having known Dave since 1973 was a pleasure. I am sorry I was unable to attend his "Celebration of Life." I was,also, sorry not to see Susan after so many years.
