Boy I'm going to miss David so much he taught me thats it's okay to laugh and smile even when you're not happy. He also taught me a lot about hunting and fishing and how to find peace sitting in a tree. I quit hunting after my dad passed many years ago and David kept on till he got me doing it again for that I'm grateful. He was a great friend in fact I look at him like a brother. I'm going to miss you coming down that driveway on that golf cart. Love you brother.

My David you were always supposed to be here. You are very special to my girls and I. Our times together will always be remembered. You taught us to have fun. We enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping together. You are one of a kind and deeply loved. I pray you made peace with God and one day we will see each other again in Heaven. You always had a way to make me laugh and smile.
My prayers now are with all your family and friends
that some way they can find peace through this difficult time. Thanks to you and your family ya'll always made us feel welcome and a part of the family. We will deeply miss you and always love you!

My condolences to the family. Even though I only knew David for a short time he always made me laugh, he was so polite and always made me and my son feel at home. Zachary always loved playing with him when we would visit. David will be loved and missed dearly. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Aunt Francis..Charlie..Becky..Daniel
My heart is truly broken, I don't even have the words, but..thank you for having such a great son.
Brother. I shared some of the best times of my life with him and I will cherish our last conversation. David could make me laugh and tell the best stories...his huge heart...great cooking and his beautiful smile will never be forgotten...and nothing said you were in trouble more than when Aunt Francis yelled out David Wayne.. y'all are such a testament of what a real close family is and I cherish that I am apart of it. Hold each other up.. cry with each other..and never stop loving... David and the old man are fishing I'm sure ...no worries..no pain... we will see him again no doubt.. until we meet at heavens door my sweet cousin you rest easy.. love you ..Rosie
