I was a music major at UofH Central campus, back in the day. Later, I performed with David (as a French hornist) in the Houston Symphony.
David was AWESOME in every way. As a fellow human (first and foremost!), as a mentor to aspiring musicians, and certainly as a PERFECT tympanist.
I am eternally blessed to have crossed paths with David Wuliger!

I was Mr. Wuliger's student and he taught me a lot about music and playing timpani. I was very proud to become a member of the Texas All-State Symphony Orchestra in 1965 as well as become the principal timpanist for the Houston All-City Symphony Orchestra and I give great credit to him. Remembering him very fondly. May he rest in peace.
