My deepest sympathy to you all. Dave and I lost touch through the years, but I have many fond memories. We had some of the best times, Dave was always there to lend a hand if you needed it. My memories of him bring a smile to my face, I hope his families' memories do the same for them. May the lord keep you in his arms Dave.-

Dave was a son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, co-worker, rival race car driver and father to his beautiful daughter. His eyes were sparkly when he smiled..and his laugh could make you laugh on your worst day.
You will be missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I was saddened to hear of the loss. Although we have lost touch, not spoken in years, Dave was a profound influence in my life. Taught me a lesson or two about how to live and be proud of who I am. His smile was always bright and his laughter was always appreciated. I have just memories left and when I think of him, I smile.

Dave was a fun guy to be around. We had a lot of good times riding street bikes. He would have given any friend the shirt off his back. As Billy Joel would say " Only the good die young"
May be rest in peace!

My prayers go-out to Dave's family & friends. Whether I was doing PR for the Waterford Speedbowl, or writing for Speedway Scene, I could always count on 3-things from Dave; a welcoming smile, a hearty handshake, and an entertaining quote. Dave was a good-guy, period.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
