Dawn A. Rivenburgh, 45, of Worcester passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 in UMass Memorial Medical Center, 55 Lake Avenue, North after a long illness. She is survived by her daughter, Abigail Nkrumah of Holden and a son, Bryan Chavez of Worcester; her mother, Lorraine B. Willey of Athol; brother, Gene Rivenburgh of Peabody; two sisters, Lynn Rivenburgh of Ipswich and Tina Rivenburgh-Paul of Worcester; two half-sisters, Brenda Rivenburgh and Mary Rivenburgh, six nieces and nephews, Max Carr, Michael Carr, Tatiana Sorrentino, Cameron Sorrentino, Kymberly Miru and Frankie Kennedy. She was predeceased by her father, Gene Raymond Rivenburgh. Ms. Rivenburgh attended schools in Worcester and worked as a manager for a local business until she retired due to illness. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday May 6, 2014 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
