Born 01/21/1959 Passed Away on 11/13/2021 at 5 pm
Pheonix AZShe fell in a nursing home and hit her head. She suffered from 5-brain surgeries, Seizures, then passed from the fall trauma. She leaves her only brother James Tom Hollingshead JR, 4 sisters: Serena, Lorrie, Jennie, Rebecca. Mother Joyce McMahan, her children: Alexander, Kelly Dawn, Whitney and 5 grandchildren. She donated her body to science in hopes of finding a cure for AVM's at birth. She loved her children and life. She loved to hike with her dog Chaz. She was very loved by all of her family. She is whole again and joins her Heavenly Father and family who have passed. She was LDS. -
