To my best friend I ever had who left us too soon. Daylah, you have always been there for me when I needed a shoulder to cry on or I needed advice. When I was wanting to go places and no one to go with me I could just call you and you were ready. I will miss the good times we had and I will miss your voice on the other end of the phone. I am so thankful that I got to spend a week with you last summer. We had some really good talks and laughs. So my dear friend please rest in peace and hopefully I will see you again someday. I know you are watching over me just as you always have. I love you so much.

Saying goodbye is never easy especially to a sibling, someone who has been next to you your whole life. Someone who's always on your side, took up for you and loves you in spite of everything else. Thankfully you don't lose them completely for they are always just a thought or a memory away. So very sad to hear Daylah has gone on home leaving the rest of us behind. What a smart, strong, hard working, honest & beautiful woman she was with a most unforgettable laugh. Always smiling, happy & so kind to everyone, she will surely be missed. My sincere condolence to Kellene, Donny, Tina & the rest of the family, may our heavenly Father hold you close and ease your grieving heart & soul. Viya Con Dios Sister Daylah.

Thank you Shannon, we love you too and so did Daylah.
To my sister, my best friend, my mentor; I love you with every fiber of my body. You left us way too soon and so unexpectedly. But we know that you are still with us every day and will be watching over us every step of the way. I promise to be there for your children but nothing can compare to the love, inspiration and joy that you gave them. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to spend the last 2 1/2 years living together with you in and was so looking forward to finding that place for us to retire in the country. No matter where I go or what I do, you will be in my heart and soul. Rest peacefully my love....until we meet again.
