Dean Bauer Obituary
Rev. Dean M. Bauer, 64, of Hot Springs Village passed away Monday, March 27, 2017. Dean was born in Berkley, California to the late John and Dorthea Bauer.
After high school, Dean attended Concordia Lutheran Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was a path which suited him well, as he was devout in his faith and truly devoted to sharing the Gospel. Dean eventually retired from being a Lutheran Pastor and became a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Hot Springs Village.
Cherishing his memory and missing his amazing ability to make people laugh, will be his wife of nearly forty-four years, Cindy Bauer; children Candace Flores of Lancaster, California, and Dean Bauer of Springhill, Florida; grandchildren Clarissa, Maddyson, and Bryanna; sister Nancy Dimuro; and several nephews and cousins.
Memorial may be made to Veterans of The Cross, P.O. Box 66861, St. Louis, MO 63166-6861.

I was sorry to learn of the loss of Dean. My sympathy to all the family. Dean and my brother Donald were in the same age bracket. Tennis and I were closer in age. Dean was the big brother and I remember how proud Tennis would sound whenever she would talk about Dean.

We are sorry to learn of Uncle Dean's passing, and have many, many fond memories to remind us what a great person he was! So glad he lived to see the Cubs win the World Series! He and dad are searching for that muskie in the sparkling lakes of heaven. Thinking of you all.
