Deborah McCurdy Obituary
For over two decades, Debbie dedicated her talents to the paint department at Home Depot. She cultivated lifelong friendships and her impact on the town of Gainesville was immeasurable. Her warm and welcoming smile radiated a sense of comfort and her loving spirit touched the lives of countless individuals.
Debbie is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia and her brother, Paul Crabtree.
Debbie's legacy is cherished by her beloved children, Justin Crabtree and his wife Jessica, Mallory McCurdy, Jay McCurdy and Sean McCurdy. Additionally she leaves behind a precious group of six grandchildren. Alongside her adoring family, she is survived by her father, Paul, her sister Sylvia Winker, as well as nieces, nephews, and a vast network of friends who will forever hold dear the memories of her loving spirit and warm presence.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 10:30 am in the chapel of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, 602 Lindsay Street, Gainesville, Texas 76240.

I was saddened to know that Deborah had passed. While I did not know her personally, I did know her through her work when she helped my wife and I with our painting questions and needs. She was always a bright light and so helpful.
