Debra Gay Greenawalt, 58, of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017, at Excela Health, Westmoreland Hospital. Debra was born Sept. 19, 1959, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of James Greenawalt of Mt. Pleasant and the late Shirley A. Collins Greenawalt. In addition to her father, Debra is survived by her brother, Dennis Greenawalt and wife Janine of Hecla; nieces, Samantha Herczyk and husband Michael of Trauger, and Hanna Greenawalt; nephew, Brandon Greenawalt; and great-nieces and great-nephew, Kaitlyn, Trent and Lillian. Friends are invited from 9-11 a.m. Friday to Saloom-Rega Funeral Service, 730 W. Main St., Mt. Pleasant, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Sue Currie officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township. Please visit Debra's online memorial at www.saloom-rega.com to sign the condolence guestbook. Richard Rega, funeral director.
