Debra MACLEOD Obituary
MACLEOD, Debra Ann
March 10, 1963 – March 10, 2018
It is with great sadness to announce the loss of our beloved Debra after a four year battle with cancer on her 55th birthday. Debra passed peacefully surrounded by the love of her immediate family. She is mourned by her husband of 30 years Lorne; her son Allan; her daughter Tabitha Lal, son-in-law Shane Lal, and grandson Shay Lal; her mother Olga Socholotuik; her sister Donna Socholotuik; and brother Robin Socholotuik. She was predeceased by her father William Socholotuik and brother Wayne Socholotuik.
Special thank you to all the family and friends who have shown their love and support to Debra and her family in her final days. Also thanks to the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital and Home Care for their additional care and support.
Viewing and final good byes will take place on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Following cremation the Celebration of Life Service will take place on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
Both will take place at Evergreen Funeral Home 16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debra's name to Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital or The Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton.

So sorry to hear about Deb's passing, she fought hard against Cancer.

Deb was always so happy, positive and radiating good energy. I'm blessed I was able to spend what time I could with her and her family. Our deepest condolences to you all. Love Lisa, Tom, Tyler, Colby and Abby.

I miss hearing Deb's voice, her big smile and her expressive eyes that radiatiated with love. She fought a really long hard fight and it's because of her fight and determination that I to learned to be stronger. I will miss her, Love you Deb!
