I remember Declan at his grandpa Bob's birthday bash on the Gateway Clipper. What a carefree and handsome fellow. It was a fun event and he seemed to enjoy all the activity and the boat ride. I know he was loved by everyone who came in contact with him and there will be many wonderful memories to help keep him alive in the family's heart. My deepest sympathy to the family.
