Delvin "Boom" Wilson

Delvin "Boom" Wilson entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 20, 2015. Delvin accepted Christ in to his life at a very young age. Delvin was raised in the uptown area of New Orleans, Louisiana, where he attended Andrew Jackson Elementary School and Live Oak Middle. Delvin "Boom" leaves to cherish his memory his mother Joanne Turner, Step Father Kenneth Williams, one Sister Antoinette Wilson, one brother Henry Turner, Four beautiful daughters Rhonda, Kendra, Sidney, and Sky, a devoted fiancé Sykia Thomas, aunts Joyce and Sharon Millro, Lolita (Raymond) Holly, Casandra, Kim, Tasha, and Monique Jones. Uncles Larry, Robert, and Terrell Jones, grandmother Mercedi Jones, 7 nieces, 3 nephews, two long time step sisters LeToyal and Ternnell Green and a step brother Anthony Bryant Jr. Delvin is preceded in death by his father Willis Jones, Brother Willis Turner, grandparents Carol and Curtis Wilson, Uncles Tony and Curtis Wilson, Aunts Sandra Millro, Michelle and Darnell Jones. Delvin will be sadly missed by his family and friends for his giving heart and his favorite saying of "I'm Good." Delvin also leaves warm loving memories to cherish a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 18, 2015, at 10:00 am at Majestic Mortuary, 1833 Oretha C. Haley Blvd.
