Romana K. Breeze

Romana K. Breeze Romana K. Breeze, age 58, was a loving wife of 36 years, mother, daughter and sister. She had been a Registered Nurse since 1970, graduating from St. Joseph's Nursing School in Fort Worth. She worked as an RN at St. David's Hospital CCU in Austin from 1970 to 1972 and at Round Rock Hospital ICU/CCU from 1988 to 1996 and retired in 1997 due to illness. She is survived by her husband, Bob, age 59; daughter, Katie Alvarado, age 27; and dog, Gucci, all from Austin; her parents, Ted and Fran Thetford of Midland, Tex.; sisters, Michelle Hogan of Flagstaff, AZ; Maureen Banks of Spokane, WA; Theresa Thetford of Midland, Tex.; and brothers, Gerry Thetford of Midland, Tex., and Michael Thetford of Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her son Chris who died at age 18 in 1995. Visitation will be held at Cook- Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home on Monday, May 21, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, May 22, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 10205 RR 620 North, Austin. Interment will follow at the Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery.
