Mrs. Davis- Dart was the wife of Mr. Gregory Dart; the mother of Little Miss India Dart; the daughter of Mr. Jerome (E. Jean) Davis of Coco Beach, FL and Ms Vernell Davis of North Charleston, SC; the sister of Ms. Tonja C. Davis of Atlanta, GA and Ms. Sonja L. Davis of North Charleston, SC; and the adopted sister of Cmdr. Rosario (Cessi) McWhorter. The family will receive friends at 8144 Governors Walk, North Charleston, SC. We miss Dee's gentle nature and beautiful face and spirit. I worked with her for 1 1/2 years at Massage Envy. She was a lovely young woman and my own personal lending library! To all of Demmary’s loved ones may your days to come arrive in peace and love. I know we’ve all questioned why her but lean not towards your own understanding or explanation on why God needed Demmary with him but Trust in the Lord. Demmary was an angel. It’s been a very long time since I seen or spoke to Demmary or the twins but I recall great times as a child when my sister - Ayanna & I would spend weekends hanging out on Midland Park, going to the old “Starlite” skating rink, or making up silly rap songs with Demmary, the twins, and Tiffany. I thank God for their friendships and those fond memories. Demmary, Tonja & Sonja were always pleasant and fun to hang out with. I know Demmary’s parting has left a great void in many lives. I also know that God put her here for a reason, and her memory will live forever in the hearts of the many lives she touched. May God be with you all.

It was with great shock and much sorrow that I read of Demmary's passing. It is so tragic when such a beautiful, vibrant young wife and mother is taken from us.
I was Demmary's 5th-grade school teacher at Midland Park, my first year there. I have fond memories of her and the twins. Too, had I known she was living in Lawrenceville, GA, I would've gotten in touch with her, as my older son lives there in Chandler Park on the River.
