Denise Carol AdamsThe memorial service for Denise Carol Adams, 44, of Athens, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at 21043 Tucker Road in Athens with the Rev. Mike Speegle officiating. Visitation is noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at 21043 Tucker Road. Mrs. Adams died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at her home.Survivors include her soul mate, George Tiller of Athens; two daughters, Lydia Adams and Brandy Maske, both of Athens; two sons, Jonathan Bondurant and Guy Hinds, both of Athens; her mother, Annie Marie Wheeler Pettus of Athens; three sisters, Matricia Ann Pettus, Valerie Pettus and Faye Pettus, all of Athens; one brother, Jerry Moody of Bearden, Alaska; several nieces and nephews.Mrs. Adams was born Dec. 23, 1963 in Limestone County to Hollis Overton Pettus and Annie Marie Wheeler Pettus. Mrs. Adams was well loved and will be missed and never forgot. She was preceded in death by her father and by one son, Matthew Justin Bondurant.
