Dennis was a great brother, uncle, son, and friend. To many, he was both. He was selfless with his time, always available to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed the outdoors with a passion, treating each season like a new adventure. And yes, he was stubborn...but no one was more helpful. He truly did have a beautiful mind, could fix anything... and always, always...with just one try.

I'm thankful for all he taught me, teaching the boys how to fish, and overall...just how to have fun. He will be missed by many, but not forgotten. His sense of adventure has been passed on and will live forever. He meant so much to so many, the world is a better place for those he impacted.

Be sure to give Memere and Pepere a hug from all of us.

Your Nephew,
Chris

My sympathies to the Bard family for their loss of wonderful man. I will forever remember Dennis as a friend and former colleague always willing to meet for a quick visit whenever I was briefly back in Maine, and a ever-so-humble snowmobiling buddy with whom I enjoyed every sledding adventure. Dennis, may God bless your soul and welcome you to heaven.

So very shocked and saddened by Dennis' passing. My heart aches for all of you. One fond memory I have of Dennis is the year before I retired from GE, he took me to the gun range to show me how to shoot a gun. I had expressed an interest and he made it a point to show me how, which was so nice. Such a very caring person... willing to go out of his way for others. So many great pictures of him...and what a sportsman he was. He will be missed.
