Dennis Corder Obituary
Mr. Dennis James Corder, 63, of Summerfield, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Moses Cone Hospital.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at the Westminster Gardens Mausoleum Chapel by Pastor Paul Luttrell.
Dennis was born December 30, 1950 in Culpeper, VA, the son of Leslie Garland Corder and Edith F. Crane Corder.
Dennis was a loving, caring, humorous character that never met a stranger. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and all things outdoors. Dennis was employed by Epes for many years as a truck driver.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his brother, Leslie Carroll Corder.
Surviving are his sons, Dennis Lee Corder of Summerfield and James Garland Corder and wife Angie of Greensboro; daughter, Suzanne Hennis and husband Charles of Sandy Ridge; brother, Roger Corder and wife Linda of Culpeper, VA; grandchildren, Dylan Corder, Olivia Fanning, Marc Poor and Samantha Hennis.
Friends will be received Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Westminster Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.

Well as he was called earlier in life "Trucking Duck" is riding the roads with others that had gone before him. He was a wonderful friend.
May time ease the pain in your hears that you are feeling today. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you as you say good bye. May he rest in Peace.
