He is survived by his finance shannon colwell; mother, Judy Hughes; his siblings, David Hughes Jr., Tonya Hughes, and Ashley Hughes; and his children, Dennis Hughes Jr., Jesse Hughes, Kaylee Hughes, and Dustin Whaley. Dennis was preceded in death by his father, David E. Hughes; his grandparents, George and Nellie Hughes; and Myrtle Williams.
Arrangements are being handled by Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home, Dayton, Ohio.
