To the entire Leaf Family: My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I have so much pride, and wonderful memories of the years that Denny was "one of my best friends", at Carmel and after. He taught me so much, and filled so many days with laughter and wonderous adventures. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

I am so sorry to hear of Denny's passing. I have many fond memories of our times at ST. Alphonsus, scouts and our years at Mt. Carmel.I feel fortunate to have been able to reconnect and share some laughs and memories at the Carmel reunion. He was a great friend to all he touched and will be missed. I was so sorry to hear of Denny's passing. Fortunately, I was able to see him this past summer at the big Mt. Carmel reunion. We were able to catch up on old high school days and the memories at Kirk Walker's house. He will be missed by all of us who knew him, and I was proud to be his friend. I just wanted the Leaf family to know you have my deepest sympathy.

To the Leaf family:
How fortunate I was to see Denny at the Mt. Carmel reunion this past summer. Many of us were able to sit and remember the good times in high school. He was a sweet, gentle man and those are the things that I'll remember about him.

To Denny's family: Through our years at Mt Carmel many of us became as family and that's how we think of Denny. Sweet and caring, a true friend, a brother. We are so sorry for your loss, but we are blessed with our memories of a dear friend. We're hoping he was able to get the note we sent and know that we cared so much. God bless you all.

To the Leaf Family, I guess you never realize how fast time passes until your read the passing of an old close school friend. At Holy Family in the 6th thur 8th grades Dennis and I were as close as anyone, we served masses together, spent many saturday morning and afternoons at the Carmelite home on south street and rode our bike all over Auburn. As time when on we lost touch with each other, but never lost the memories. When I drive down Owasco Street now and then I remember the Leafs home stead and the good times shared by a close friends. My deepest sympathy to the Leaf family and may Dennis rest in peace.
