Still miss my buddy

Dennis was my navigator when we flew in Vietnam. Sad he's gone. We had some good times.

What a great guy! we were so very sorry when we heard the news of his passing! He and Pat had just reconnected after several years! They served at a couple military bases together and spent a lot of time in the KC-135 Tanker together! He will be missed! Pat and Patty Collson

This photo was a great moment from 2003. That was a great moment and that is how I remember Dennis. AND Our last great moment was in Las Vegas at the birthday party of Frank.
We wish the family much strength and energy. Health is the most important thing, that's what we all want.

I just learned today about the loss of your loving husband, father, grandfather. My sincere condolences to your family. When I was a child my grandfather, Tom Burk, worked at Trexler Orchards and my grandparents lived in a double house which was shared with the Necker family. I visited my grandparents often and had fun times with Dennis and other kids in that small neighborhood. Lots of great memories. I am so sorry for your family's loss. Diane (Burk) Geist

Das erste Mal, an dass ich mich wirklich erinnern kann Stella und Dennis kennengelernt zu haben war 2019. Während ich mein Patenonkel und meine Patentante besucht habe, waren wir ein bisschen mehr als eine Woche bei Ihnen zu Hause. Stella und Dennis waren von anfang an super liebevoll und herzlich zu mir, obwohl wir uns vorher kaum kannten.
Durch Dennis durfte ich meine erste Moonshine Erfahrung sammeln, bei der er mich ziemlich reingelegt hat. Wir haben viele schöne Momente und Erinnerungen gesammelt.

Dennis, du warst wirklich wunderbar und wundervoll, du wirst mir fehlen.

Dennis was my first childhood friend and next-door neighbor in Orefield, PA. His mother Frances was our Cub Scout Den Mother, and his father Edward worked with my father at Trexler Orchards. Dennis's big brother was our protector and role model. They were all the best people and I miss them still.

Our Sincere Sympathy to Stella and all the Family ! We were their Neighbors at Silver Lake ! We loved Frances too ! Prayers Going up for all the Family ! ❤❤

We always enjoyed meeting Dennis very much. His humor and helpfulness was wonderful.

To those who loved Major Dennis A Necker, my sincerest condolences on the senseless lost of an American hero. Please accept my heartfelt appreciation of your efforts to encourage others to get vaccinated in his honor. Both Terry and I are deeply saddened to learn of Dennis´s. Very untimely death and want to extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family.

To know Dennis, I have had many privileges. I was privileged to be able to tend to his garden once, which I thoroughly enjoyed and I know he found most amusing. I was privileged to host him on his visit to South Africa. It was a privilege to enjoy the wonderful spectacle of Londolozi with him. It was a privilege to play golf with him at Prince's Grant and at Charleston National, the rivalry was fantastic. I once asked Dennis to find us a dodgy joint so we could have a drink after golf. He took us to Richards. Just perfect! I still had so much to talk to Dennis about, sadly that is no longer possible. It was indeed a privilege to know Dennis Necker - thank you Dennis and Stella for your wonderful hospitality. May Dennis rest in peace

We were so fortunate to gain a friend through Charlotte and Frank Tueckmantel. We enjoyed his company immensely. We are sending the family all our love and prayers during this difficult time.

We are so profoundly sad about the passing of dear Dennis, he truly was an amazing person and we were blessed to have known him. We were lucky to have spent such great times with him on the golf course, around the camp fire, sharing a drink and a great many laughs, in both South Africa and the US, they will be treasured forever
