Diana Garcia, 79, of West Covina, CA, Passed away January 17, 2023, at Emanate Health Inter-Community Hospital in Covina, CA, born December 09, 1943.
Diana is survived by her husband of 62 years Nick Garcia Jr. Preceding her passing is her daughter Kimberly Kunselman.
Also survived by her youngest Daughter Kristine Bugarin and Son-in-law Steven Bugarin, Granddaughters Brianna Bugarin, Amanda Bugarin
And Devin Mourning. Her sisters Narlene Korta and Paulette Creager. Along with her sister in laws, brother in laws
nephews, nieces, and cousins across the United States.
She was born in Rosiclair, Illinois December 1943 and grew up in Chicago, where she met Nick in 1960 and then moved to California in 1967. Diana was a long-time resident of the West Covina, Walnut area where she had resided since 1969. Diana retired from Rowland Water District after many years.
Diana will be remembered as a giving individual who found happiness in her ability to make others smile and laugh. Her strong spirit and humor are instilled in her.
Daughter and grandkids. Her family will be forever grateful for the life they shared with her and the memories they will always have. And take comfort that she was reunited with her daughter Kimberly and other loved ones to laugh and be free from pain.
